As part of the new connections team, I was responsible for,
1. Assessment of online applications for gas, and make the dollar offers based on company's profit and financial policies.
2. Work in SAP to raise quote/work orders and dispatch them to the contractors for getting gas connected.
3. Provide direct customer support through calls and emails, throughout the new gas connection process.
